Consistency checks

Overview

Dictionary Manager currently includes possibility to perform following Consistency Checks:

  • Check Changes of Order - checks for issues with Change requests for Change Order (Aspect in Application Class, Property in Class, Value in Value list).

  • Check preferred names for missing translations Checks if any new or referenced properties, classes, values in change requests lack preferred name in any of the active languages.

  • Deprecated Block associated with non-deprecated Reference Property - checks if any deprecated Blocks are connected to a Reference Property that has not been deprecated.

  • Save and submit (consistency rules) - checks the validity of change request/change processed against save and submit validation rules set up for consistency checks.

Report details

These reports can be obtained as a Text files via email.

Following options are available:

  • Check change requests: true/false and status

  • Check change processed: true/false and status

  • Check only change requests having no change processed: true/false

  • Check deprecated change requests / change processed: true/false

  • Deprecated structure elements should not be checked: true/false

  • Include warnings in reports: true/false

  • Skip check of Basic Content: true/false

  • Errors
