Import and Export XLSX

Description

The Import and Export XLSX refers to tables of KWs, SYs, and the relations between KWs and Classes and SYs and Properties.
These tables are used for both import and export.
The relations SY/PR and KW/CL are also included.

Table for the Import and Export of Synonyms and Keywords

Excel sheet name: KW_SY
This table contains attributes that will be used to export/import existing Synonyms or Keywords:

Column name	Mandatory / Optional	Column Code	Value data type	Description	Translatable

Identification	M	K01	String	IRDI of element or an internal temporary ID used for reference in the other sheets. If element referenced by IRDI is existing it will be updated, else it will be created with specified IRDI. For export, column will always contain IRDI of KW/SY.	N
Entity type	M	K02	String (KW\|SY)	String specifying if entity is keyword or synonym	N
Preferred Name	M	K03	String	Preferred name of the SY/KW	N
Comment	O	K04	String	Comment available for the entity	N
Language	M	K05	String	Language of the keyword. The format is ISO language code_country code (e.g. en_US, de_DE)	N

Table for Relations between Synonyms and Properties

Excel sheet name: SY_PR
This table contains attributes that will be used to export/import assignments of SYs to PRs:

Identification of the SY	M	SP01	String	Identification of the SY that is assigned to a PR. It can contain an IRDI or an internal id of a SY which must exist in KW_SY table	N
Identification of the PR	M	SP02	IRDI	Identification of the PR to which the SY is assigned. It contains the IRDI or PR for which SY will be assigned.	N

Table for Relations between Keywords and Classes

Excel sheet name: KW_CL
This table contains attributes that will be used to export/import assignments of KWs to CCs:
