Needed role: Dictionary Manager Editor
Steps:

Select desired dependent Property in list of Properties, then click Assign Condition option from task bar.

System displays list of all condition Properties available in the system. Select desired Property in this list and press option Select.

System displays interface for assigning condition Property.

Enter Reason and press option Save. System returns to tree view and displays a confirmation message "Change Request(s) saved".
